A top-decile RS name just bounced off a level we were watching

SpaceX is offering you shares. Don't take them. One small company in Musk's supply chain is still trading at a fraction of its value. It builds the power infrastructure Colossus can't run without.

What the system saw
PIII sat at its 20-day moving average yesterday and simply refused to break. Today it's pushing back through — and our Relative Strength Engine noticed. This stock has been outperforming 98% of the market over the last 63 trading days. That's not a soft signal. The stock closed at $11.37 the prior session, touched $11.41 intraday today, and is now back at $12.00. A 5.5% reclaim off the low in a single session, right off the exact level the system was watching. In most ways, this is a textbook 20dma bounce in a top-decile name. We said 'most ways' — and that word is doing some real work here. More on that in a moment.
Why our Relative Strength Engine liked it
The Relative Strength Engine hunts for names that have been quietly winning while everything else muddles through. PIII's 98th-percentile rank over the past three months puts it among the strongest stocks in the entire market — and it's holding that rank on a day when SPY is flat, basically unchanged. When a name like that pulls back to its 20dma, holds, and reclaims, that's exactly the pattern we want to catch early. The score breakdown tells an interesting story: the reclaim and volume dry-up components carried the most weight, which means the pullback didn't attract panic sellers. The stock just drifted down, found buyers at support, and turned. That's the texture we like. The fundamentals, though, are a different story entirely. PIII is not profitable — negative margins, a deeply negative ROIC, and an Altman Z-Score under zero. Analysts carry a consensus buy, but their price target sits at $9.00, which is below where the stock is trading right now. We're not buying the business here, and we're not pretending otherwise. We're following price and relative strength — not earnings.
The trade plan
Our system entered at $12.00. The stop is at $9.90 — $2.10 of risk per share, placed just below the recent structure. The 2R target works out to $16.19. We're putting $4,992 behind this one, which comes to 416 shares in the paper account. Risk is defined and capped at entry. If $9.90 goes, we're out — no averaging down, no second-guessing the stop.
Position size: our paper account is putting about $4,992 (416 shares) into this trade, sized to risk roughly $874 if our stop is hit. This is what the system committed in its paper account — not a suggestion of how much you should put into any trade.

What could go wrong
A few things worth saying plainly. The fundamentals here are weak. This is a chart trade, full stop — not a business you'd want to hold for years. The Altman Z-Score is negative, flagging real financial stress. Analyst targets sit below the current price. And if the broader market rolls over — SPY is flat today, but it's been volatile — a high-RS name can unwind fast when sentiment shifts. Conviction on this one came in at 67/100. That's a real signal, but it's not our highest-confidence setup. We're sized to match.
One more thought before we go
Day one of tracking this live. PIII is the name we're watching into the close. The setup is clean, the risk is defined, and the relative strength case is real — even if the fundamentals give us pause. What the next few sessions will tell us is whether the price agrees.
